Liability Waiver

This Liability Waiver is made by and between Holly Harper and hah yoga (the “Releasor”) and any person who participates in any of hah yoga’s activities (together with their respective heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, the “Releasor”), being the “Releasee”.

This Waiver is intended to release and hold harmless the Releasor from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from injuries or damages to the Releasee, or any third-party, as a result of participating in hah yoga activities.

The Releasee hereby acknowledges that he/she/they is/are aware that participating in hah yoga activities can be physically demanding and carries with it certain inherent risks, including the risk of serious physical injury and/or death.

The Releasee hereby agrees to assume full responsibility for his/her/their actions and actions of any third-party, including the Releasee’s guests, while participating in hah yoga activities. The Releasee hereby agrees to waive and forever release the Releasor from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from participating in Hah Yoga activities.

The Releasee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasor from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, that may arise from the

Releasee’s participation in hah yoga activities.

The Releasee hereby acknowledges that he/she has read this Waiver and fully understand its terms, and has voluntarily agreed to its terms.

The Releasee hereby agrees that this Waiver shall be binding upon the Releasee, the Releasee’s heirs, legal representatives and assigns. The Releasee hereby agrees that this Waiver shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
