These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between “you” (the user) and hah yoga (“hah yoga”, “Holly Harper”, or “we”). These Terms govern your use of the hah yoga website, mobile applications, and any other services offered by hah yoga (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions we may provide from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
   You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant to us that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Services
   hah yoga provides educational services, including yoga classes, educational courses, and other content related to yoga and health (the “Content”). This Content is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

3. User Conduct
   You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your user account. You agree to use the Services in a respectful and lawful manner and in accordance with the following rules of conduct:

   • You will not post or transmit any material that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

   • You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or another user’s account.

   • You will not use the Services for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes.

4. Payment
   If you purchase any Content or other services through the Services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes associated with such purchase. If you purchase a subscription to the Services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees in accordance with the payment plan you select. All fees are non-refundable. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your account.

   The Services, including all text, images, graphics, audio, video, software, and other content, are owned exclusively by hah yoga and its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or reverse engineer any portion of the Services. You may not use any of hah yoga’s trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property without our prior written consent.

   You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice to you, if we believe you have violated these Terms. If your account is terminated or suspended, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees that you have paid.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that the Content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

8. Limitation of Liability
   In no event will hah yoga or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Services or the inability to use the Services, even if hah yoga or its licensors have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will HAH Yoga’s or its licensors’ liability exceed the amount of fees that you have paid to us.

9. Physical Liability Disclaimer
   Any of the exercises or movements provided by hah yoga, including those found in the Content, may be too difficult or dangerous for some people and the user should consult a physician before attempting them. To reduce the risk of injury, the user should understand his or her limits and obey all instructions given. By using the Services, you agree to assume all risks of injury or death that may result from your participation in any exercise or movement.

10. Changes to these Terms
    We may revise these Terms from time to time. If any changes are material, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

13. Refund and Cancellation Policy
    At hah yoga, we understand your need to make informed decisions when it comes to your purchase. We strive to provide our customers with a satisfactory experience and therefore offer a refund and cancellation policy.

    No Cancellation Options:
    hah yoga does not offer any cancellation options. Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. If you’ve scheduled a lesson you are able to reschedule.
    Refunds:
    If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from hah yoga, you may be eligible for a refund. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase. To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from hah yoga. We thank you for your purchase and your understanding of our Refund and Cancellation Policy.     Rescheduling:
    If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you are able to request to reschedule the lesson. You must contact with your request at least 2 hours before your scheduled lesson.
